The off-the-shoulder look is rampant this season. It works to my advantage since it makes nursing easy and I can still look on trend. While I was pregnant, some of my favorite maternity dresses were by PinkBlush, so I am excited to partner up with them to showcase one of their current dresses. They have myriad of dresses, many of which can easily transition from maternity to motherhood wear, such as this one. That also means, there are many options that non-moms can wear too.

I haven't been on a shopping spree in what seemed like eons. One of my first major shopping spree since pre-pregnancy days was with Nordstrom's anniversary sale. I picked up one of the bracelets and the seemingly bloggers' favorite lace-up flats. There are several days left of the sale, and these items are still in stock!
Now, onto some motherhood talk. This outfit actually works great for me during the postpartum period. The scalloped shorts have an elastic waistband, so it fits prior to me returning to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm always looking for tops that are suitable for nursing that are more varied than the expected V-neck tee or button-up shirt, so I was glad to find a top that is actually meant to be a nursing top, and the draping (hard to see in these pics) makes it a bit more stylish.

For maternity wear, I didn't want to overdo on buying too many or too pricey items because the wardrobe seemed so fleeting, only being worn for less than 9 months. So this is my personal experience in curating an affordable maternity wardrobe collection, being able to still look modern without breaking the bank.
