Denim Joggers

denim joggers pants, black lace blouse top - fashion outfit
I've been traveling lately with road trip and flying, and my go-to pants for those long treks are these denim joggers. Paired with lace and heels, they can easily look hip, yet feel oh so comfy! I've been gravitating towards dainty gold jewelry, and I adore the pieces from Marshelly's, a brand based in NYC. Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!

All about the leopard

leopard faux fur coat, chambray shirt, black pants - winter outfit/fashion
I have a major affection for leopard print. In my last outfit post, I showcased a leopard wool/polyester coat. For this look, I'm styling the same print but with a faux fur coat.

I've been on the hunt for a leopard faux fur coat for a few years now, but the ones I liked usually went out of stock quickly during the winter time. One money-saving shopping tip that I try to go by is to buy classic seasonal items during off-peak seasons. I actually picked up this coat during Nordstrom's half-yearly sale this past summer and got it for a decent percentage off. I was rest assured too about my size not being out of stock since mostly everyone else was thinking about summer wear. On that note, I can't wait until actual spring weather is here in NY!

Bundled up at NYFW

NYFW New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2015 street style outfit: Leopard coat, fur, lace, leather

With this winter season being so particularly unforgiving, my main priority when getting dressed for New York Fashion Week was to stay warm. I layered up with with different textures and prints--leopard, fur, lace, and leather, and unexpectedly, they were harmonious together. I have even more hidden layers underneath for my top and bottom, so I definitely stayed warm.

Despite the record low temperatures outside, the designers heated things up indoors with their runway shows. I was in awe and inspired by all of the collections. Lacoste always does sporty chic the best. I want to wear so many of the looks from Pamella Roland's collection with all of her flowy, feminine dresses. Reem Acra's embroidery details were just breathtaking. I always love Vivienne Tam's myriad of structures, embroidery, and prints in her collection.
